Onsite Installation and Training

Tameran offers onsite installation and initial training for most of its equipment and software. Tameran solution specialists, with the assistance of local field support associates, perform onsite installation and initial training to ensure that your solution gets started right.

Full Service Maintenance Agreements

Tameran provides full service maintenance for equipment solutions to assure that you remain productive at all times. Some of the features of our full service maintenance agreements include:

  • Trained field service associates that provide preventive maintenance to keep equipment running to performance specifications with minimum unexpected down time
  • Depot-based service program for aperture card scanners: once a service order is placed on a scanner, Tameran will ship a replacement scanner to the customer for use while their equipment is shipped to Tameran and repaired
  • On demand remedial maintenance that is provided by trained field service associates to repair improperly functioning equipment
  • Product specialists that are available to support field associates for further technical assistance
  • Call Center for requesting field support that is available 24/7

Smart Assist Training

"Smart Assist" includes onsite or web-based training and product support for your specific application. Smart Assist training and product application support is additional training that may be purchased for Tameran software solutions as well as Tameran hardware solutions. Whether additional training is needed right after installation, when personnel changes are made, or when there is an unexpected snag in operations, Tameran customer support personnel are available to assist with your software or equipment needs.
